Undertone Audio Limited Warranty

Two years, parts and workmanship, to the original owner. Here are the full terms.

Warranty period

Undertone Audio warrants each product against defects in parts and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase, to the original owner. The JJ Electronic vacuum tubes used in UTA products are warranted for six months.

Scope

The warranty covers repair or replacement, at Undertone Audio's discretion, of products that fail under normal use due to defective parts or workmanship.

Exclusions

• Damage from acts of nature, abuse, or accident
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification
• Products purchased from anyone other than an authorized dealer

This warranty is non-transferable.

Obtaining service

Start with a support request. The team will confirm the issue and provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for shipping to Undertone Audio.
