How do I register my product?
Use the registration form below or email info@undertoneaudio.com with your model, serial number, and dealer. Registration speeds up any future warranty service.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on parts and workmanship to the original owner. JJ Electronic tubes carry a six-month warranty. See the full warranty page for details.
My plug-in trial or license is acting up. What do I do?
First check that you are running the latest installer and a 64-bit DAW. If the issue persists, file a bug report below with your OS, DAW, and plug-in version, and the team will follow up.
